Translation for Individuals
We Translate Documents for Immigration, Employment, International Travel, etc. One of our specialties is the translation and certification of small documents, especially for immigration and employment purposes. For example, since 2007, we have translated over two thousand birth certificates, and not one has been rejected for a translation issue. Most are translated in a few hours or less. Here’s how it works:
-
- Scan or take a picture of your document, and then email a copy to: info@sespanish.com or fax to: (877) 470-1177
-
- We will confirm the rate, which depends on the document needed.
-
- If you approve the rate, we will send an e-invoice via PayPal (www.PayPal.com), which allows you to pay using your credit card or another form of payment. PayPal will ask for your shipping address and provide it to us. If you prefer not use PayPal, we can always work something out.
-
- Once paid, we will translate your documents and return them to you in two forms: 1) we will email a certified eCopy in a USCIS approved format of your translation, source document, and certification letter. Also, 2) we will mail the original, hard-copies to you, which typically arrive in two days. Shipping is always free, unless you need overnight service.
-
- Your completed translation package will include the following:
- A copy of the translated document (certified, stamped, signed).
- A copy of your original source document (certified, stamped, signed).
- A signed copy of our certification letter, which is valid in all fifty states and overseas.
- An invoice marked as paid, which will serve as your receipt.
- Your completed translation package will include the following:
- If you need additional copies, we will be glad to send them to you for no additional charge, even years after your initial purchase.
Word-for-word reviews our customers have left in the past few years:
“Great service, very helpful staff, super fast translation, and fantastic price! I needed to translate my driver license from Spain ASAP and I contacted with several translation agencies located in my area. All of them gave me a higher price than Southeast Spanish. In addition, they were slower with the translation. I contacted Southeast Spanish in a Sunday night and I received a response within an hour or so, which it was pretty impressive. Also, shipping was super fast, so I am really happy I chose Southeast Spanish and I’d recommend it to everybody.”
“Fully recommend, A+, Five Stars!!”
“Dan at Southeast Spanish translated my birth certificate and driver’s license (also included the SC4030 form for the DMV), emailed a scanned copy to me, and sent a hard copy in the mail for my records. I got my South Carolina drivers license and submitted my BC to USCIS. All was very easy, and I liked that I could talk directly to the translator on the phone… b/c I had a lot of questions… Easy, Fast, Cheap! PERFECT!!”
“Perfect translation of my wife’s Mexican birth certificate and Mexican school records, which were very complicated. It didn’t take as long or cost as much as we had expected. Our thanks to Dan!”
“About my experience with Southeast Spanish, Inc. i will have to say that at first I was a bit skeptical, (but they excelled at providing excellent services) for several reasons: 1. They did not give me the option to come to their office. But, it turned out that they were going to ship the documents to me for free! Plus, I did not have to use my gasoline or take time off work to come to their office! 🙂 2. They did not required for me to send an Original of my document. Once again, they had their reasons, they Stamped and Certified the copy I sent them! In my opinion, very professional, because they could not Stamp my original document. 3. They said they were going to translate and mail me the documents within two days. Which left me thinking… “how or where will they ship my documents, if they have not even asked me for my mailing address?” :0 Once again, maybe that was just me getting ahead of myself, I am sure they were going to ask me where I wanted my documents to be sent, after they were ready to be mailed, but I went ahead and provided them with the address where I wanted my documents to be sent to, before they asked for it. On a last note, all my skepticism was wiped out by the prompt and professional services I received from Southeast Spanish, Inc. I most definitely recommend their services! :)”
“Really glad to have found Southeast Spanish. It’s hard for me to trust private/personal documents to anyone, so it helped to chat with Dan personally about his company, history of document translation, and his process. He really knows his stuff, and I trusted him to translate my BC, passport and a few other documents… everything worked out well, and I’m grateful.”
