Translation of a Letter, Affidavit, Certificate, or Similar One-Page Document, Previously Quoted for $49
This option is for various one page documents that have been previously quoted at $49. This includes one document translation for USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, formerly INS) or another agency. You will receive printable, electronic copies for immigration purposes and hard-copies that have been stamped, sealed and signed, which will be delivered by regular mail. A translator’s affidavit is included as well.
- All translations are certified and official, according to federal law, statutes and regulations.
- $49 rate also applies to birth certificates, marriage certificates, one-page background checks, one page divorce decrees, one-page affidavits, medical letters, and other similar documents.
- Includes Standard Certification Process for USCIS (Immigration, Naturalization, Residency, Green Cards)
- Hard copies delivered by mail; certified electronic copies by email (24 hours or less)
- Notarization (3rd Party Notary) for US Passport, additional $7
- Additional Copies: $12 for each certificate (printed in color, 32lb paper)

We work late and early hours in order to provide rapid, ultra-fast turnaround times. Documents received by 8:00 PM (eastern time) will be returned in the certified, official, signed, stamped, sealed and scanned version around 8:00 AM the following morning, in most cases. The scanned version can be printed or uploaded for USCIS and the NVC (National Visa Center). Translations for passports, social security and local government may require hard-copies, which are delivered by mail. Expedited service via FedEx is available when checking out. Translations must be received by 11AM in order to be completed and shipped via FedEx for next day delivery.
