NOTE: You must send your background check to us. Simply email or upload (after payment) the official electronic, PDF version, that is, the document issued by the FBI or an approved channeler. If you ordered the hard-copies, after payment has been made, we will provide the shipping address to send the paper copy here, that is, only if you don’t have the originally issued PDF.

TRANSLATION: Sworn Translations are accepted in all consulates of Spain, including the consulate of Spain in Los Angeles. Sworn translation is accepted at all consulates worldwide and in Spain. There are no exceptions to this as the document will be signed and certified by a sworn translator registered with the ministry of foreign affairs in Spain.

APOSTILLE PROCESSING TIME: Although the Federal Authentication Office’s website states that turnaround time is only a few weeks, it may take as fast as 7-14 days as of October 2024  and expediting the process further is not possible. If an apostille agency claims that they are able to get an apostille in a few days, they are not providing accurate information. We work directly with the Federal Authentication Office and have done so for over eighteen years.

SUBMISSION: You will need to send your FBI Background Check to us in one of two ways:

1. EMAIL/UPLOAD: If you selected the electronic, email option from the FBI or an approved channeler, simply email or upload (after payment) the official PDF version to us. This file must be the PDF file issued by the FBI or a channeler, not a scanned version of the mailed, paper copy.
2. MAIL/FEDEX: If you selected the paper copies from the FBI. You can FedEx your FBI report to us. We will provide the mailing/shipping address after payment has been made.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are glad to ship your apostilled background check to any country in the world via FedEx . Paying $55 for international shipping at checkout is a deposit only; if the actual rate is less, we will refund the balance, if more, we will send an invoice before shipping. Rates will be calculated and confirmed a week before your apostille arrives to our office. 90% of the time, shipping to Spain is $55, especially for customers in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza, Malaga and Murcia. Only remote, rural locations will have an extra delivery fee; however, we only charge what FedEx charges us.
