We are able to order an apostille for your birth certificate, single status affidavit, state-issued background check or other certificates. We never charge extra fees, we provide simple pricing.

*FBI BACKGROUND CHECKS: This option should only be used if you have written confirmation that a state apostille for a federal document is acceptable. We are glad to provide a notarized copy of the background check and then submit it to the state for an apostille or authentication. The benefit of this process is that it can be done very quickly: 7 to 14 days in 2023. In the past, this was never acceptable internationally; however, in 2020 and 2021, due to lengthy delays in processing federal apostilles, some consulates and countries are accepting state-level apostilles and authentications for certain documents and visa requests. Again, please double check with the requesting party before ordering.

**NEW YORK STATE APOSTILLES: Apostilles from the state of New York and New York City may require multiple certifications in order to obtain an apostille, which requires us to ship to several locations before shipping to Albany. New York apostilles must be quoted in advance by emailing a scan or image of the document to us.

SUBMISSION: You will need to send your documents to us as original documents are always needed for state-level apostilles. The state will attach the apostille to your original document, and we will then return the legalized/apostilled document to you

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are glad to ship your apostilled background check to any country in the world via FedEx or DHL. Paying $55 for international shipping at checkout is a deposit only; if the actual rate is less, we will refund the balance, if more, we will send an invoice before shipping. Rates will be calculated and confirmed a week before your apostille arrives to our office.
